National Database for Employment & Business (NDEB)

01 Security-First Architecture

The NDEB operates on a 'Security-First' architecture. All primary databases are hosted locally within Namibian territory. We utilize AES-256 encryption and SSL/TLS protocols to ensure all personal dossiers remain confidential and tamper-proof.

02 Data Privacy & Usage Policy

Collection: We collect ID data, qualifications, and criminal record status solely for professional verification purposes.
Usage: Data is used to create verified digital dossiers for job seekers and to allow real-time authentication for employers.
Sharing: The NDEB does not sell personal data. Information is only shared with entities specifically authorized by the user via their unique QR code.

03 Refund & Payment Policy

Verification fees are processed to initiate the auditing of credentials with external Verifier Bodies.

Non-Refundable: Once a verification case is initiated, fees are non-refundable as they cover administrative and third-party inquiry costs.

Outcome: Payment covers the process of verification. A "Negative" or "Unverified" result due to fraudulent documentation does not entitle the user to a refund.

Lifetime Status: Successful verification grants a permanent status within the NDEB registry for the life of the account.
